1. What Review Infra does
Review Infra provides review collection, moderation, analytics, and storefront display infrastructure for merchants on Shopify, headless storefronts, and custom commerce stacks.
2. Data we collect
Merchant account and store data, such as store name, store ID, store domain, and setup-related configuration.
Customer-related data shared by merchants or collected through review workflows, such as name, email address, review content, rating, and product association.
Order-related data used to trigger review workflows, such as order reference, external order ID, customer email, customer name, and product ID.
Operational and security data such as API usage, logs, and technical diagnostics required to run and protect the service.
3. How we use data
To display approved reviews on merchant storefronts.
To send post-purchase review requests on behalf of merchants.
To let merchants moderate, manage, and analyze reviews.
To maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product performance.
4. How we handle customer data
We process customer data only to provide review collection and display functionality for merchants. We do not sell customer personal data. We do not use merchant customer data for unrelated advertising or unrelated profiling.
5. Data sharing
We may use trusted infrastructure and service providers for hosting, storage, delivery, email, and technical operations. These providers are used only to operate Review Infra and not to independently use merchant customer data.
6. Data retention
We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, support merchants, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain basic operational records. Merchants may request deletion where applicable.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections using HTTPS.
We use access controls, infrastructure protections, and service-level safeguards intended to protect stored data.
We limit access to customer personal data to what is reasonably required to operate and support the service.
8. Merchant rights and controls
Merchants can access and manage their store data through the product interface.
Merchants can request deletion or disconnection of their store data where applicable.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring they use Review Infra in compliance with applicable law and customer consent requirements.
9. Shopify-related data compliance
Where Review Infra is used with Shopify, we support Shopify-required compliance workflows, including requests related to customer data access, customer data deletion, and store data erasure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
