3. Merchant responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable consumer, privacy, and marketing laws.
Provide accurate information when connecting stores, products, and integrations.
Not use Review Infra to publish fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or fabricated reviews.
Obtain any customer notices or consents required under applicable law.
4. Data and content
Merchants remain responsible for the data, content, reviews, orders, and communications submitted through the service. Review Infra acts as a service provider or processor for merchant-submitted operational data where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
No misuse of the API, widget, email workflows, or moderation systems.
No attempts to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, disrupt, or bypass platform protections.
No use of the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or spam communications.
6. Billing and plans
Paid features may be offered on a recurring or usage-based basis depending on the merchant type, storefront type, or platform. Plan terms, pricing, and billing method may differ between Shopify-based merchants and non-Shopify merchants.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Review Infra reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or availability at all times.
8. Third-party platforms
Review Infra may integrate with external platforms and infrastructure providers, including commerce platforms, hosting providers, and email services. Continued functionality may depend on those services remaining available and authorized.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or enforce these terms.
